Father’s Day Photo Album

Wednesday, June 13th, 2012

For Father’s Day this year, I wanted to give my husband something special.  He’s had a really rough year with his health, and I wanted to show him how much we love him.   I searched online and pinned lots of ideas, but nothing seemed right.  That’s when I remembered that I had pinned an idea for a Father’s Day Photo Album last year but never got around to making it.  This idea comes from Design Aglow, which is a great resource for photographers.

Here is the cover:

I designed this album through Blurb because they are inexpensive and I saved a ton of time using their layouts, instead of designing my own.  I chose pictures from throughout the year and then included brief prompts to get my boys thinking about their dad.  I could have typed in their responses, but I think the best part is seeing Elijah’s emerging writing (he’s 4).  Levi is 2, so I wrote in his responses, and Asher is too little.  ;)
